We will not be in a position to take back the pills that have been once dispatched by us. We will initiate the refund only if the medicine the customer ordered has not been delivered to them within the estimated time period. Re-shipment will be initiated in cases where the product has been damaged in transit and if the customer can provide us a clear picture of the damaged product.
